Gentle Yoga is suitable for both beginners and the more experienced. With gentle yoga the focus is on slow and smooth movements into and out of a pose, to improve flexibility and strength.
With simple repeated movements, you will learn to recognise subtle sensations within your body. This newfound sensitivity can provide a basis for better coordination and body awareness.
